Scaredy Cat

Harper is terrified of this display in Target. She doesn't even want to walk past it...

Oh.. she is just messing with you. When she and I walk past it she wants to push the button and stare at it. =)

Yeah, that first time, she was interested in it. But since then, she's afraid. It may be partially a cry for attention. Like she doesn't get enough of that...

Awww...sweet girl. Eliana is afraid of funny things. We have about 300 of those play animals that are tiny, they're rubber or plastic or whatever. So, a lion smaller than the palm of your hand, right? If one of them is near her she jets in the opposite direction faster than you can imagine. If I wanted her to stay put I could make a circle of them and stick her in the middle. But, talk about needing a therapist...
:)
And why is this so funny to me? My word verification is: kicas
I'm naughty.

When Scott was little (he's 14 today!), he had a toy truck called Starter-Up Steve. You could push buttons to program it to go straight, turn left, turn right etc. It also had a face with big eyes on the front of it. Scott loved playing with it but when it was turned off and in his closet, he was scared of it. He would make us open the closet door, turn Starter-Up Steve's face towards the wall and then close the closet door.
