98% of the human genome is noncoding DNA. Termed junk DNA, this vast majority of all human DNA has no known biological function. Why would we have so much nonfunctional genetic material? Are these the instructions for superpowers that are waiting to be tapped or are they really just junk left over from millions of years of modification? I don't know about you, but I'm hoping for superpowers.

Anticipation
I'm starting to get excited about the humble garden that's taking shape on our deck.

You have Day Lilies and tomatoes ALREADY!! You're like 4 weeks ahead of Cincinnati on the Day Lilies and about 6-8 weeks ahead on the tomatoes!
That is exciting! I have a knack for killing green things, so...no garden around here. :) Or Mike could be in charge, he's got a green thumb.
